Congratulations are in order for a great group of artists who have just begun a one year Residency through the Charlotte Street Foundation’s Urban Culture Project. The artists recently completed an orientation program and are busy moving into their studios at the 3 current UCP spaces: City Center Square, Partnership Place and Town Pavilion.
